How do I return or exchange my order?

All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30-days of receiving your order. Your order number must be provided in order to request a return. The product must be unopened and unused. All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at hello@buttitude.com if you would like to request a return or exchange.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Mistakes happen! If you happened to receive a product different from the one that you ordered, we are very sorry about that. Please contact us at hello@buttitude.comm and we’ll be sure to get you the BUTTITUDE product that you purchased.
